process + guidelines

How it works:​

• Use the provided form to request a commission. Response time is 1-2 business days.  

• Consultation begins. We will discuss commission details and final pricing.

• Once details and pricing are determined, I will send an invoice. Half or Full Payment is required before work can commence. Commission slots are first come first served based on reception of payment.

• Works in progress will be sent out to the customer for revisions and approval. Customer may request up to 3 revisions for each progress shot sent. Keep in mind revisions will extend the completion time of the commission. Thereafter I’m happy to make slight edits, however an excess of change requests and/or major changes will grant a price increase. 

• Once the final work is approved by the customer, the remaining balance for the invoice, if any, must be completed. 

• Full resolution digital file and/or physical works will be delivered.

• All commissioned works are owned by me and I reserve the right to display works in my portfolio/social media. You may use commissioned works for non-commercial use only. If you would like to use my work for commercial use, please indicate your selection in the commission form. Fees apply.
